Recipe Thursday: Breaded Pork Chops


I love making pork chops- they're quick, versatile, and inexpensive. 

Ingredients:
thin pork chops
Panko
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
salt 
pepper
oil for frying

Method:
Mix eggs,  Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in egg mixture then coat in Panko bread crumbs. Toss into hot skillet with frying oil (oil will be hot). They are thin pork chops they will cook quickly. About three minutes per side until golden brown. 

Delicious golden brown breaded pork chops in about twelve minutes!
